Workshop Services
MSR brings you 25 years of engine building experience and prides itself in building and tuning an engine for road and competition applications, specialising in Subaru turbocharged boxer engines including rally applications with 32mm and 34mm restrictor engines. Workshop services include:
- Engine assembly including CC'ing and adjusting & setting camshafts
- Engine balancing, boring
- Surface grinding
- Crankshaft grinding, cross-drilling & rephasing oil holes (the cure for big end bearing failure)
- Cylinder head porting and reconditioning
- OEM 2.5L piston modifications including improved oil rings for reduced oil consumption
- Sleeving with top flange liners
- 14mm WRC spec headstud conversions
- Ceramic coating for piston crowns, skirts, combustion chambers, valves, ports, bearings, inlet manifolds, turbos, headers, extractors
